Olive Oil
Originated from Ayoun el Samak, our olives are picked by hand before being dropped and packed.
The production process is simple. Made from cold-pressed olives by crushing olives and separating the oil from the pulp, we directly put it in the glass containers.
Extra virgin olive oil is strong and bitter, olive-like flavor, and has a grassy aroma.
It is important to note that the color is not indicative of the quality of the product.
Extra virgin olive oil is rich in heart-healthy fats, along with vitamins E and K.
Olive oil is fairly resistant to moderate heat and can be used safely for cooking having the smoke point around 207⁰c.
From salads dressings to being a healthy dip for bread with our Thyme mix, extra virgin olive oil can be used in sauces, pasta, focaccia and it can be the perfect replacer of butter.
