Lazzab and flowers honey

Lazzab known as the Junipers tree is an evergreen tree, it can
withstand extreme weather conditions. It takes 500 years to gain
its mature shape.
 
Our Lazzab honey is produced from the Juniper (Lazzab) trees
in the Juniper Forest of Al Arkoub in North-Lebanon, at
around 1400 m above sea level.
Its color is brown to dark red, the special things about this
type is that it crystallizes in a non-uniform way if placed in
low temperatures, and it smells like the Juniper leaves.
It has a thick texture and a very delicious taste.
